Welcome to Taxi Fast Track. By using our website or booking our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Our Services
Taxi Fast Track provides taxi and private transportation services in Iceland, including airport transfers, city transportation, and transfers to popular destinations.
2. Bookings
Bookings can be made through our website or by contacting us directly.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate booking information, including:
- Name and contact details
- Pickup location
- Destination
- Date and time
- Flight information, where applicable
- Number of passengers
- Special requirements
A booking is considered confirmed once confirmation has been provided by Taxi Fast Track.
3. Pricing
Prices for pre-booked journeys will be communicated or displayed before the booking is completed.
Where applicable, prices may include applicable taxes, fees, and other charges. Any additional services or changes requested by the customer may result in additional charges.
For pre-agreed taxi journeys, the agreed price will be established before the journey begins in accordance with applicable Icelandic requirements.
4. Pickup and Waiting Time
Customers should be ready at the agreed pickup location and time.
For airport pickups, customers should provide accurate flight information where requested so that we can coordinate the pickup appropriately.
Additional waiting charges may apply where a customer is significantly delayed beyond the agreed pickup arrangements.
5. Customer Responsibilities
Passengers must:
- Treat drivers and vehicles respectfully
- Follow applicable safety requirements
- Wear seat belts where provided
- Avoid damaging the vehicle
- Inform us in advance about special requirements
Customers may be responsible for costs resulting from intentional or negligent damage to the vehicle.
6. Cancellations
Cancellation and refund conditions are described in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
7. Changes to Bookings
If you need to change your pickup time, location, destination, or other booking details, please contact us as soon as possible.
Changes are subject to availability and may affect the agreed price.
8. Complaints
If you are dissatisfied with our service, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can investigate and resolve the matter.
9. Liability
We will take reasonable care to provide our services safely and reliably. However, we are not responsible for delays or disruptions caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including severe weather, road closures, traffic conditions, accidents, flight disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws and regulations of Iceland.
